Snowy is our newest addition. His story is a sad one: his beloved owner was
diagnosed with dementia and could no longer care for him. After spending

some time in kennels, the family reached out to us for help. Fortunately, we
had the perfect foster home waiting.
Snowy wasn’t in great shape when he arrived, but with prompt veterinary

care he’s now much more comfortable. He has arthritis, but with the right

treatment he’s happy, loved, and settled in his new foster home and we are
pretty sure he is going nowhere!

Ewan’s story is also tinged with sadness, as his owner’s progressive illness

meant they couldn’t keep him. He has a few medical concerns we’re still
working through, but he’s in excellent hands with a foster carer who has
plenty of experience supporting dogs with complex medical needs. We’re

hopeful that with time and care, Ewan will continue to improve.
