‘Snowy’
Snowy is a senior gentleman and he came into the care of BTRF
because his owner became very ill and had been unable to care
for him for quite some me.
Snowy has allergies, poor gut health and age related arthritis in
his back, knees and hips.
‘Doogal’
Doogal is a ‘forever’ foster lad because he has Copper Toxicosis.
Copper Toxicosis is a potentially fatal condition and Doogal will
need to have regular three-monthly blood tests to see how
well his liver is coping with the CT. He also needs a specially
formulated diet, medication and supplements to support his
liver. This will be ongoing for the rest of his life.
‘Little Mo’ Little Mo is a ‘forever’ foster girl as she is very anxious and
finds the outside world very scary.
She needs a specially formulated diet, medication and
supplements to make sure her allergies are well managed.
‘Ewan’
Ewan is six years old and he came into the care of BTRF
because his owner could no longer keep him and asked BTRF
to find a very special home for him.
Ewan has a lot of allergies that are common in Bedlingtons,
and needs a very carefully formulated diet and supplements,
as well as monthly Cytopoint injections.
