  • THE BTRF 2026 CALENDAR PHOTO COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED AND OUR JUDGE, CHERYL BAKER IS CURRENTLY CHOOSING HER FAVOURITES!!!

    It's that time again - the start of the BTRF 2Calendar Photo Competition for 2026!!

    The competition is open from now until Thursday 31st July 2025 

    Please email your entries to David Scott at david.scott@bedlingtonrescue.co.uk and GOOD LUCK!!

  • Our celebrity judge this year, who will be 'making her mind up' is.....CHERYL BAKER!

  • Cheryl is well known for her bubbly personality, which was evident even in the early days of “Bucks Fizz” when they won the Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin in 1981. They went on to gain world-wide recognition with a string of more than 20 hit records including three number ones, “The Land of Make Believe”, “My Camera Never Lies” and, of course, “Making Your Mind Up” which went to No. 1 in nine countries around the world.

    Since then Cheryl has gone on to appear in numerous TV shows and stage productions!

  • Here are the rules! Please read carefully:

    • Photos will need to be high resolution (min 300dpi or at least 1MB file size) and LANDSCAPE format
    • Pictures must include one or more Bedlingtons (and may show other animals but no people)
    • An entry fee of £1 per photo - payment via PayPal using the email: info@bedlingtonrescue.co.uk.
    • BACS payment and cheques also accepted (please email David Scott for details) - For all payments please use the reference ‘PHOTO COMP’ - Photos will not be considered without payment
    • There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit
    • All photos must be free of any copyright
    • 13 winning photographs (12 months + cover picture) will be selected by our independent celebrity judge (winners will receive a free calendar)
    • All proceeds will go to Bedlington Terrier Rescue Foundation

  • Closing date for the receipt of photo entries is Thursday 31st July 2025
