Volunteers are the lifeblood of Bedlington Terrier Rescue - we simply could not operate without our very dedicated team of volunteers.
We are always on the lookout for volunteers up and down the country to help transport dogs to their new homes or raise much needed funds to help support our work.
We are also looking for experienced Bedlington owners happy to train to become an Area Coordinator. This is a very important role and requires commitment and time. We are currently looking for Coordinators in the South West and Midlands Area. We will provide the training and support you need for this role to make sure you get the most out of volunteering with us.
How do I become a volunteer?
We would love to hear from you if you would like to volunteer to help us! You can either contact our Group Coordinator, Frances Fuller on 01559 384499 / 07398 779515. You can also email Kaye Scott on email@example.com.
How much of a commitment will I be required to make?
Although all the main BTR Team are volunteers, they are totally committed to their roles on the team. Therefore, yes there is a commitment and all volunteers will be expected to report to our Group Coordinator, Frances Fuller on a regular basis. We are a very friendly team who are passionate about the breed and will encourage any new volunteers to work together as part of that team.
