This page lists Bedlingtons and their crosses for rehoming as they become available. Occasionally we work with other Rescue Organisations if they have Bedlingtons or their crosses in for rehoming too.
For further details please contact our Group Coordinator, Frances Fuller on 01559 384499 / 07398 779515 or alternatively you can email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
Bedlington Terrier Rescue would like to point out that with any dog that needs rehoming the first port of call, if not the original breeder, should always be the appropriate Breed Rescue website. These will be able to contact potential new owners who are looking to rehome that specific breed

This is a very sensitive rehome and we are currently working closely with the owners to find absolutely the right home for her.
Nula is a very loving girl, great with people and children (over 8 years) but cannot live with other dogs. She is very anxious when she is away from her home environment and the current owners have been working with a BTR appointed behaviourist to help with this. She has started to become very stressed and reactive towards the other dog in the home and reluctantly we have decided that she needs a single dog home now to help her progress further.
This was a very reluctant rehome. Charlie is a lovely lad who was in the wrong environment. He is now in training foster care and doing very well. We are looking for an experienced home for Charlie who will be prepared to work closely with our appointed behaviourist and current foster carers.

We are currently working with the RSPCA Felledge Animal Centre to help find a home for Toby. He came to the Centre just before Christmas with a terrible skin allergy and as a result of the pain from this he was very hand shy. The Training / Behaviour Team at the Centre have been working with him and he has come on in leaps and bounds.
They now need to find a home where this work can be continued under their guidance - therefore they are ideally looking for a home in the County Durham area.
