BTRF works hard to ensure every adopted dog continues to get the care they need,
even after they’ve gone to loving homes. With rising veterinary and medication

costs, we are finding it difficult to find homes for dogs with pre-existing medical
needs as the insurance companies just won’t cover these costs for new owners.
