    • Celebrating over 42 years of giving Bedlingtons a helping hand

The late Barbara Butcher MBE and Phyllis Cooper started Bedlington Terrier Rescue in 1976. The current team of volunteers continue to offer their time for free to help this wonderful breed.  BTRF is totally self funded and work extremely hard to raise the necessary monies to be able to continue helping rescued Bedlingtons and their crosses that need new homes.  We are also fortunate to have a team of behaviourists / trainers on the team who are able to offer backup and support to dogs and their new owners when needed.

In December 2017 we became a Registered Charity and we are looking forward to taking the Bedlington Terrier Rescue Foundation from strength from strength in 2018!
