A SAD FAREWELL TO A FURRY FRIEND
It’s always hard to say farewell to our
dogs, but we take great comfort in
knowing that they were loved and
cherished. We said goodbye to Little Bo
last month, and at 17 years of age, he has
spent the last six years with his devoted
adopter. The two of them became
completely inseparable, the very best of
friends.
When he first came to us, he found the
company of other dogs very difficult. But
with the support of BTRF, and through
the patience, understanding and love of his family, he gradually learned to enjoy the
companionship of his canine buddies too.
He loved being chauffeured to the pub, where he could catch up with all of his friends, both
two and four legged. And in Bo’s memory, the pub recently held a bingo evening, raising £200
for BTRF. Thank you to Bo’s family and everyone who continue to support us.
A LEGACY ON BEHALF
OF YVONNE
The family of Yvonne Hallway, who
sadly passed away recently, have
kindly requested that we set up a
memorial fund to enable friends and
family to make a donation in Yvonne’s
name to help support the work of the
Bedlington Terrier Rescue Foundation.
Yvonne is pictured on the beach here
with her much loved beddy, Evie – who
will be staying within the family. All
at BTRF send our condolences to the
family and we’d like to thank them for
thinking of BTRF in Yvonne’s memory.
Donations on behalf of Yvonne can be
