Bridge the Gap
Here at BTRF, we believe every dog deserves a happy,
healthy life. Some of our hounds haven’t had the best
start and have faced sadness before finding their forever
home. Many struggle to find just the right sofa because
they have ongoing medical issues, past injuries or
conditions that require costly medication. Adoption is the
miracle they’ve been hoping for, and we help smooth the
way into loving homes through Bridge the Gap.
A regular donation, no matter how modest, helps us to financially support those who
are dedicated to providing care but may need help with veterinary and medication
costs. In some cases, these dogs cannot access insurance, due to complex or pre-existing
conditions. All too often our Beddies suffer with common problems, from allergies to
arthritis. Our intervention literally Bridges the Gap, keeping them healthy and pain free.

It really helps us to plan for a dogs future and removes the uncertainty for generous
adopters who just want to give a dog a permanent home. So many homes are waiting to
