DOOGAL
Foster Dog Doogal has some news!!
Hello everyone! I have some sooooper news to share with you all!
As you know, I am a BTRF forever foster dog – why? Because I suffer with that
horrible condition that some of us Beddies have called Copper Toxicosis.
This means that my BTRF care team have to keep a very beady eye on me to make
sure I stay well. I need to have regular blood tests to check that my liver is behaving
itself and if any tweaks are needed to my diet or supplements.
I had my bloods taken recently and guess what??? Whoopee – the results are spot
on. My vet is very happy with me and says carry on as we are, no tweaks needed to
my dinner! This is great news because I love my food and my supplements – well
these do get well disguised in my dinner so I don’t really notice them.
I’m staying well because of all the TLC I get - not only from the BTRF team who watch
over me but also my amazing foster mum who is very keen to make sure I stay well
and happy – she clearly does a great job!
And, of course, I have to thank you all too - without your donations and support
I actually don’t know where I would be now – certainly not being able to enjoy life to
the full as I do now!
Thank you one and all. Happy New Year everyone!
Doogal xx
