I became aware of this breed when a friend adopted a Bedlington Terrier five years ago and I fell in love with him immediately.
My plan therefore was to adopt a Bedlington Terrier when I retired and 'Spud' came to me 6 months ago. He had a very difficult start to his life and therefore he came with many issues and anxieties. However with the support of a fabulous behaviourist and BTRF, he is learning to deal with life and the outdoors and is so much calmer. He has changed my life completely so I was delighted to be asked to volunteer for BTFR as a coordinator.
